Pokémon Pokopia Unveils Spooky Halloween Celebration

The virtual world of Pokémon Pokopia is getting into the Halloween spirit with an exciting new in-game event. Fans of the franchise have been eagerly anticipating a spooky celebration, and their wishes have been granted by The Pokémon Company.

This special seasonal activity is scheduled to run from October 17th, starting at 5 AM, until November 1st, concluding at 4:59 AM, based on local time zones. Participants can anticipate the introduction of Pumpkaboo and Gourgeist, alongside a variety of themed decorations and collectibles. The event’s core mechanic involves “tricking” other Pokémon by transforming into different objects. Successfully performing these tricks will reward players with Pumpkin Candies, which can then be redeemed for unique event rewards and festive items. To dive into the Halloween fun, players must have constructed at least one Pokémon Center and then engage with the Pumpkaboo located outside it to begin their candy-collecting adventure.

This seasonal update not only enriches the gameplay experience but also encourages community engagement and strategic participation to unlock all the limited-time offerings. Such events foster a sense of shared excitement and offer players new objectives, making the virtual world feel more dynamic and responsive to real-world holidays.
