Despite the potency of Hypnotic Gaze, critical rolls frequently fail when success is most needed. While a seasoned player can wield Vampires with impressive efficacy, less experienced players might find them a source of considerable vexation. Compounding these challenges is the game's user interface. A failed Bloodlust check can cause available actions to disappear from the action wheel, and effectively utilizing Hypnotic Gaze often requires a series of specific, non-intuitive steps, making the interface itself feel like an adversary during gameplay.

Sylvania's Harvest: The New Community Engagement

Season 10 introduces 'Sylvania's Harvest,' a community event where players can select from three undead teams to compete against AI opponents. This event offers an excellent opportunity to experiment with the Vampire team without purchasing them. During Sylvania's Harvest, each half of a match is shortened to six turns instead of eight, and players gain the ability to perform both a blitz and a foul twice per turn.
